Lumi Color

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Lumi Color respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you use our coloring app, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We may collect app language and region, device and diagnostic information, App Store or Google Play purchase and subscription status, advertising identifiers and ad interaction data (when ads are shown), support messages, and coloring progress you choose to keep on this device. Lumi Color does not require a Lumi Color account. Artwork stays on your device.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the service, unlock Premium features after store purchases, restore purchases, show ads to free users, provide support, improve performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing and service providers

We share only what is necessary with providers that support hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising (including Google AdMob), customer support, and payment processing. App stores process purchases under their own privacy terms. Advertising partners may collect or receive device and usage information to deliver and measure ads under their own policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users.

4. International transfers

Lumi Color is available globally in major languages except Chinese. Information may be processed in another country with contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to applicable law.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reasonable security practices. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. California residents may also exercise applicable rights without discrimination. Contact us to submit a verified request.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or under 14 in South Korea. Where local law requires parental consent for a minor, a parent or guardian must approve use. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will provide notice of material changes in the app. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
